Depending on your need you will choose one of these options
Sometimes you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to read these articles
         Accessing e-Journals cont.
Adobe Acrobat Reader software can be downloaded freely at: www.adobe.com

         Advanced searching using Boolean expression
Boolean expressions are used to make searches more precise
It enables you to limit your search to avoid unnecessary retrieval of huge information
The boolean expressions uses the words; AND, OR, NOT
Examples of searches using Boolean expressions
tuberculosis AND drug resistance AND developing countries
         tuberculosis OR drug resistance
         tuberculosis NOT drug resistance
         Points on using boolean expression
In the above example; tuberculosis AND drug resistance will yield less citations than tuberculosis OR drug resistance
Also tuberculosis NOT drug resistance will yield few citations because we are instructing the data base to produce all citations with tuberculosis and exclude citations with the words drug resistance
