(b)Discuss the Impacts of Globalization in the third world Countries on education system.
GLOBALIZATION.
(a)Globalization.
        Globalization (Globalisation) is the Worldwide step  forward  movement towards economic, financial, trade and communication integration. Also a term Globalization refers to a continuous process of international integration arising from interchanging of World views, products as well as all the aspects of culture and communication.
        Globalization as a process; Implies the opening and free the local and Nationalistic perspective to a broader outlook of interconnected and interdependent World with free transfer of capital, goods as well as services across the National frontiers, (IMF’1 2002).
(b)The impact of Globalization on Education of TWC2
         Globalization has simplified and made easy a process of teaching and learning through the innovation of technology by using electronic devices such as video projection screens, books with storage device servers and compact disc (CD) hence more programs and education materials are made available. Apart from a positive impact explained above also globalization has led into negative impacts as follows;
       Globalization leads into lowering of individual incomes for day to day life activities including Educational matters. In “Communist Manifesto”, Karl Max famously warned that Globalization in the large multinational companies in form of free capitalism will leads into distractions  of local trades which could have been done at National or Regional level, this finally leads into lowering of individual income. Therefore the decline of local trades’ results into failure of the people to accommodates and sustain the cost of Education hence drop out and unquality of education.
        Similarly  the growth and development of Globalization leads into disintegration and loss of local culture which may influence the decline moral conducts of the children and the youth in Third World Countries….; however this is due to rapid and unselective spread of Globalization. Remember local culture varies slightly from country to country.
         Furthermore Globalization has resulted into extremely poverty due to disparity of socio-economic conditions between the developed countries and the developing countries; these are the results of imperialism and the effects of capitalists (SWASSD3, 1995).
     Globalization has had many obvious effects on education technology and communication. The development of this technology is facilitating the transition from an industrial based society to an information based one.
